I have been coming here for the past 4 years and have always been very satisfied. This time (and I know I dropped in when the shop was busy) but not sure if they changed the oil like they were suppose. always been very satisfied. Ben was inpatient, rude and unprofessional. He was unmotivated and unhelpful during my visit! Ben later yelled at me and had to be sent into the office by his manager.
