Whenever the time comes for a new vehicle, I "prepare" myself to the eventual lengthy back and forth dealing that ultimately ensues, knowing that I will spend most if not all day at the dealership. However, this dealership and specifically, Adam and Sarah, made our experience truly enjoyable. They're both great to work with, professional, kind and to the point. Within 3 1/2 hours of making our second test drive we were leaving with our new vehicle. We hate haggling for price and being pressured to purchase additional services and features. This sale was low pressure and the agreed to sale price was reached very quickly. Our preference would be to purchase from a dealer that establishes a fair price and doesn't haggle but this experience was about as close to that as we could have expected. More
