Fantastic People I have had really good luck with this dealer. I was very concerned when I took in my 2016 Legacy, because it was making a noise in the back that I th I have had really good luck with this dealer. I was very concerned when I took in my 2016 Legacy, because it was making a noise in the back that I thought to be a wheel bearing (which is odd for a newer car). They diagnosed the problem right away and had the faulty bearing replaced by the end of the day. It was all covered under warranty, so I was ecstatic! Their complimentary shuttle was also very clutch since I did not have another car. Butch and Jordan were great to talk to, made the rush hour traffic easy to get through. Then being greeted by Adam and Fiz was a bonus as well! Keep up the good work guys and gals! More

This team is the best I originally went to schlossmans to have my 08 Imprezza appraised. I was not planning to get another Subaru, but that changed quickly after testhe dri I originally went to schlossmans to have my 08 Imprezza appraised. I was not planning to get another Subaru, but that changed quickly after testhe driving the 2017 Outback. I was amazed at the quality, comfort and features these new subarus offered. The salesman Ed, helped me throughout the process. I cant say enough great things about Ed. With him I really felt that he wanted to do the best for me. To start, Ed offered me twice what other dealerships had offered for my 08 imprezza. The rest of the staff were also great. For example they spent nearly two hours OK the phone and computer to track down a coupon I lost for $500. They really worked hard to help me out. After I explained the features model and price I wantes features Ed checked and said he unfortunately didn't have that specific combination currently in Stock. Instead he found an even better model that was FULLY LOADED WITH EVERY UPGRADE possible AND OFFERED IT TO ME FOR THE OTHER MODELS PRICE! Thanks to Ed and company, with all the discounts and amazing trade in offer for my previous car I was able to leave with a unbelievable new ride with no down payment for $233/month! To compare, another dealership's offer for a vehicle that was $6,ooo lower in price had a monthly payment of $479. Even though he was able to work out such an outstanding deal, that wasn't what I liked most about Ed. He made my fiance and feel comfortable and confident at every step. It was like a long time family friend was helping us. Not once did I feel any pressure. Even after the second day when we decided to leave and think it over, Ed only smiled and wished us we'll.
