Disapointed We have purchased several vehicles from this agency over the past 20 years. At one point the service department was pretty good but I would not say that today. We have had several unsatisfactory experiences in the past few years and recently had one that really scares us. In January our Outback was in for an oil change, tire rotation and general checkup. No one in the service department even after tire rotation and checkup noticed that our brakes were becoming very worn. We discovered this ourselves and brought our vehicle recently for an advertised special that was a complete brake inspection. If we had not had the coupon printed out for the sale price the service department was prepared to charge $50.00 for this checkup. At no time did the service department mention this offer that was emailed to us from your dealership even though we mentioned the offer when we made the appointment. So, based on recent experiences we will most likely not be back and will use the Subaru dealership closer to our home. More

Still waiting on transport Although the service rep was very courteous and the work was done exactly at the estimated time, this was all negated by the poor service from the cou Although the service rep was very courteous and the work was done exactly at the estimated time, this was all negated by the poor service from the courtesy van. I specifically called and asked if a transport van would be available and was told yes. I checked my car in at 8am and was ready to be transported (15 minutes away) by 8:10. I waited until 8:45 for the van to return from its last run. The van driver then ignored the directions the first women to be dropped off gave him and ended up adding about 15 minutes to her drop off point. By the time we got to me I would have been dropped off at my location at 9:45 -- 15 minutes before I needed to be picked up again. If a reasonable turn around time is not possible given your staffing/resources then individuals should be warned. Both of my fellow passengers were late to work and I totally missed the 2 hour hole someone had given me to meet with them. More
