Also have a hard time believing that other then adding oil the person did anything else the dipstick was dusty dirty if it was pulled it wouldn't have been, also when I pulled the dipstick the oil on it was dirty I cleaned it and had to replace it twice to get clean oil and a good reading. Maybe from now on I'll do it myself. Not Eric' fault he doesn't do the work. We were thinking about a new car but ... More

Used sales manager Adam was a fair negotiator, personable and congratulatory. Robert in finance was fair to average for the industry having bought many cars a different dealerships. What I didn't like is he had my financing rate and term already preset at the longest term without discussing options with me prior to finalizing the paperwork. As a customer I'd like to decide the term and look at banking options (which I had to advocate to do) vs being placed with Chase Bank automatically as the preferred lender. I will likely buy another Subaru here in the future. Many of the sales staff were positive that I interacted with and were congratulatory after the purchase was made. I felt greeted and respected when I pulled into the lot which doesn't always happen at many dealerships. Thank you. More

Keep going back I've been purchasing vehicles from this dealership for years. Salesmen are very friendly and make it a comfortable experience. Great service in a sensitive situation I was in need of a used car due to a carjacking in which my car was totaled. Kyle was incredibly sensitive to my needs and the traumatic situation tha I was in need of a used car due to a carjacking in which my car was totaled. He was very patient with my questions, not at all pushy, and was able to meet my budget and provide me with my dream car. Bad paint & service For a very small nick in paint I was told 2 days. 4 week days and 2 weekend days and after I left two calls I finally heard back. Only to go in and pa For a very small nick in paint I was told 2 days. 4 week days and 2 weekend days and after I left two calls I finally heard back. Only to go in and paint job was dark spotty and had a dull look. This is a new Subaru Forester 2017! Not only that but my fender was scratched up. No one said anything until I said something. Now I am back in the loaner going on a second week without my brand new car. No apology no compensation they just told me to get back in the loaner. Terrible way to treat anyone let alone a customer who bought a $30,000 car from them. More
