came in for 75000 service and to check odd noise in front I had a noise in the front of my vehicle at 75,000 miles, turns out I need a whole new transmission. Factory warrantee was over at 60,000 miles. Subar I had a noise in the front of my vehicle at 75,000 miles, turns out I need a whole new transmission. Factory warrantee was over at 60,000 miles. Subaru City honored their "lifetime drivetrain warrantee" and replaced my transmission for free. Saved me $7,000. It took a week but the service advisor called me every day with an update on the progress. More

Tony and Antonio have been good to me since I stopped in 8 months ago with no immediate plans of buying a car, just because I was interested in Subaru vehicles. They had a friend and me test driving the vehicles we were interested in even though we were honest with them that we wouldn't be ready to buy for at least a year or two. Turned out, I ended up needing a new vehicle sooner than that and their eagerness to humor us payed off with a sale:). Every step of the process was painless and positive, and these guys are so nice I've gone by the dealer a few times just to say hi, and they guys there are always happy to chat. When I took delivery of my 2014 Mirage in the rain, Tony insisted on chasing me with an umbrella as I moved things from my rental to my new car:) More

When one of them was totaled after being stolen it took their salesmen a very short amount of time to find the car we wanted and get us the deal. The paperwork process was greatly reduced due to the technology they use to sign the paperwork. It made an already difficult process very easy. This was our 8th Subaru. I am sure we will be getting our 9th at Schlossman Subaru as well. More
