Great service I took my car in for it's first oil change and tire rotation. I was in and out quickly. I then went to the body shop for what I thought were scratch I took my car in for it's first oil change and tire rotation. I was in and out quickly. I then went to the body shop for what I thought were scratches on the roof. The woman at the counter looked at it, realized it was some kind of goop. She went and got some cleaner and removed them. Awesome people. More

Fabulous service I took my car in for its 36,000 mile service. I was informed at the dealer that this would be a three hour visit. They offered complimentary shuttle service to anywhere we needed to go, which we promptly took them up on! At the end of the service they detailed my car, which I was definitely not expecting! Turned a stressful situation into an enjoyable one. I had just gotten in a wreck and my car was totalled. Aside from being a bit shaken from the accident I was super stressed about making a decision ab I had just gotten in a wreck and my car was totalled. I usually resent sales people because I feel like I get taken advantage of (esp. with car dealerships as I was sold a used lemon of a Saturn a couple years prior). Tony made me feel at ease the moment I met him. He explained a broad knowledge of the vehicle is was interested in and was very helpful during my test drive experience. When it came time to discuss financials there was a discrepancy in some of the paper work; but he inquired and had it fixed right away. I was able to lease my first brand new car and stay within budget! I love the impreza even more now that I've been driving it for a week!!! I had a truly exceptional experience from start to finish. I typically do some shopping around before making big decision like this, but I didnt feel it was necessary, and I'm confident I made the right choice. Thanks! More

They were responsive in sending additional photos when I asked for them. I wasn't able to work with the original salesperson but they did a seamless transition to a different salesperson, Ed. Ed was very responsive and knowledgeable and it was a no pressure experience. The finance person was also very good and there wasn't any pressure to buy extra items. Journey to "Sparky3" Sparky1 2011 Forester was plagued with oil issues. Gifted to my daughter to use as a trade-in on a vehicle of her family's choice. I replaced it with Sparky1 2011 Forester was plagued with oil issues. Gifted to my daughter to use as a trade-in on a vehicle of her family's choice. I replaced it with Sparky2. Sparky2 2014 Forester served me well to date. Gifted to my daughter for use as a reliable transportation for 16 yr. old granddaughter. I replaced it with Sparky3. Sparky3 2017 Forester feels sturdier, handles well and finally comes equipped with a power lift gate. I hope to have for years to come. My journey with Subaru City began in 2011 when my handicapped partner died and I traded my Mobility Works van for my first Forester. I considered the Ford Escape, RAV4, Honda CRV and the Forester. My choice to work with Subaru City was not only because of its location and the Forester had a wider visual expanse and fit well, but because Eric Meeker was kind, patient, knowledgeable about the products and sensitive to my fragile state of losing a loved one and giving up my van. After each of the lengthy, thorough, detailed deal closings. I knew every time I left with Sparky1,2 and now 3, I was welcome back to Subaru with additional questions or concerns. From Meeker in Sales, to Sam in Finance(best experience of all three cars) to Jason, Eric, Mandi in Service, down to Butch the friendly shuttle driver, I consider them my Subaru Family. More
