Fiz is a no- nonsense, well informed salesman. He answered all my questions and was just amazing. When a few issues arose, Fiz immediately addressed them. He remained kind and patient throughout the process. Schlossmanns is owned by two brothers. I try to frequent places like this. The dealership had a nice selection of vehicles. Every person I encountered was very kind and respectful. I highly recommend this dealership. It appears the employees are treated well and have good attitudes towards each other and the customers. She said she would contact us if anything changed with the vehicle. The car had been moved from the lot without their knowledge and they all worked on locating it before we arrived. Everyone there was helpful and friendly. We went home with a car that was the same year and make as our old one with less miles and more frills for pennies more than our insurance check. Before I left home I was called and told there were no more to be had. I decided to come anyway, and talked my choices over with Fez Hidri. He was very helpful. Eventually I decided to order a 2017 model. There was no high pressure sales talk. They asked what I wanted, and saw that was exactly what I got. When I took delivery, Fiz had the car ready, with read outs at the correct settings.. He showed all the car features and how to access them. All in all, from beginning to end, my experience was pleasant and efficient. I'm not very good with names, but everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. More
