Unfortunately, there's no quiet waiting area. A big TV was blaring in the waiting room (even though none of the several people in the room seemed to be watching it). Other dealerships (e.g., Sommer's in Mequon) have quiet waiting places for customers who want to (or need to) read or work. I would be more likely to return to Subaru City for service if I knew I'd have a quiet place to get some work done. Everything other than the noisy TV was fine. More
Professional and on time. From the time I drove into the service area to when I left they took the time to explain everything to me. I was updated on the progress of the visit. Oil change and continued concerns about oil consumption. We brought our 2014 Subaru in for routine service, oil change etc. We have had continued concerns about excess oil consumption with this vehicle. Al We brought our 2014 Subaru in for routine service, oil change etc. We have had continued concerns about excess oil consumption with this vehicle. Although an oil consumption test was done the first time we raised concern it did not reveal a problem. This vehicle continues to use more oil than a newer car should be using but we are told that nothing can be done. We have significant concerns about this problem because our last Subaru Outback had a cracked block and the engine had to be replaced after owning the car less than 2 years. We use this car on a daily basis and to travel long distances. We do not want to have to deal with a huge problem a long way from home or lose this car for our day to day use. Talking with a representative from the national Subaru office brought no satisfaction. So even though we love our Subaru and enjoy driving it we are considering replacing it with another car to avoid this on going concern and problem. Our local dealer has been attentive to our concerns but it appears that their hands are tied and can do no more for us. More

You can tell A LOT about a dealer from the treatment you get from the Service Department. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. I was in an office-like setting, not in the middle of the service floor having to yell what I wanted done over the sounds of tools and machinery. Eric could not have been nicer or more professional. He escorted me into the waiting area and showed me the amenities (which were awesome). When my car was ready, he explained everything that was done and what the cost was. He even took the time to answer some questions I had on the features of my Forester. Thank you, Schlossmann's, for giving me a great service experience. Kudos to Eric! More

Service I had a 11:00 AM apt to change my oil and rotate my tires. I added on the bronze package when I got there. I arrived at 10:45 AM, my car was not compl I had a 11:00 AM apt to change my oil and rotate my tires. I added on the bronze package when I got there. I arrived at 10:45 AM, my car was not completed until after 1:00 PM. The Service department was aware that I was waiting. At 12:17 PM I received an email with my invoice and note indicating to call them to arrange my car being picked up. (I was in the waiting area) I expressed my dissatisfaction with this message to my husband as I was walking out and the GM Bruce Larsen overheard me and explained that this was a system generated email and escorted me to the service area. My service advisor indicated that the oil change and the rotation was complete and they needed to still clean the mats and windows. This process took an additional 45 min to be completed. The service advisor was completely apologetic and took $30 off my bill and the GM also apologized again. So they did everything they could to recover the service but the time was ridicules. More
