I purchased my first Subaru on 12/31/16 I first went into the dealership mid October. At this point I wasn't sure if I was that interested in the Subaru. Bryan Spigarelli spoke with us, an I first went into the dealership mid October. At this point I wasn't sure if I was that interested in the Subaru. Bryan Spigarelli spoke with us, answered questions, and took us out for test drive in the Forester. He sent me the virtual tours of the Forester and Outback. We returned another time, and test drove the Outback. Was very patient, and answered all questions. We did not know we would be buying on the 31st, but figured we would be ordering. Lo and behold, just what I was looking for was delivered that am. He got us out of there that day with my new Outback. Has checked up on me, and gave me his # for any questions I may have. Very satisfied! More

Poor customer service The service department was very rude with my wife, not believing her that she bought the maintenance package when we bought our new car. Then upon ac The service department was very rude with my wife, not believing her that she bought the maintenance package when we bought our new car. Then upon actually looking up the vehicle said, "O, I guess you did buy this." When my wife came back to pick up the car, she went to the service center, to which Eric said, "go up front to get everything". He didn't go over how the service went or what they found, even though they claim they do that on the receipt they hand you. Two days later I received an email saying my subaru special parts have arrived and to schedule service. I tried calling for over a day to talk to someone in service. I had two people, one of them Mindy, hang up on me time and time again and refuse to talk to me. I left a voicemail for Eric and he has not responded. I found out an air filter arrived in parts, but no one at the service depart will tell me if they need to install it or what the deal is. This dealerships service used to be alright, but lately their attitudes are not worth dealing with, considering how much we pay for taking it to a dealership. More

(2017 Subaru Crosstrek. The last new car that I purchased was a 1971, prices are higher now, but the experience of buying was much more pleasant, and much more professional. My wife and I were very impressed with everyone we met, but I can't say enough about Fiz Hidri. I did have to wait 1.5 hours before I was able to get to the finance person. I was kept abreast of what was happening though. More

Excellent Service I know a lot of people don't like taking their cars to their dealership for repairs, but you can trust Subaru City. I was really happy with the vehic I know a lot of people don't like taking their cars to their dealership for repairs, but you can trust Subaru City. I was really happy with the vehicle I bought and haven't had any problems in the last two years except for a dead battery. I called the service department, they recommended a tow truck company. The tow truck guy was able to jump my car but it wouldn't start again without the jump. So he told me to drive directly to Subaru, even without an appointment. Although they were incredibly busy they were able to not only provide a new battery but to also take care of my 18,000 mile check up since it was due. I didn't know how long it would take so they provided me with a ride home. Two hours later, my car was done. Their shuttle service picked me up and I was on my way. Excellent Service! More
