You can tell A LOT about a dealer from the treatment you get from the Service Department. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. I was in an office-like setting, not in the middle of the service floor having to yell what I wanted done over the sounds of tools and machinery. Eric could not have been nicer or more professional. He escorted me into the waiting area and showed me the amenities (which were awesome). When my car was ready, he explained everything that was done and what the cost was. He even took the time to answer some questions I had on the features of my Forester. Thank you, Schlossmann's, for giving me a great service experience. Kudos to Eric! More

Service I had a 11:00 AM apt to change my oil and rotate my tires. I added on the bronze package when I got there. I arrived at 10:45 AM, my car was not completed until after 1:00 PM. The Service department was aware that I was waiting. At 12:17 PM I received an email with my invoice and note indicating to call them to arrange my car being picked up. (I was in the waiting area) I expressed my dissatisfaction with this message to my husband as I was walking out and the GM Bruce Larsen overheard me and explained that this was a system generated email and escorted me to the service area. My service advisor indicated that the oil change and the rotation was complete and they needed to still clean the mats and windows. This process took an additional 45 min to be completed. The service advisor was completely apologetic and took $30 off my bill and the GM also apologized again. So they did everything they could to recover the service but the time was ridicules. More

Peter Froelich, a sales manager at Schlossmann Honda City, went out of his way to meet us at the Subaru location. He made sure the test drive was a comfortable as possible; he had the car parked indoors and when we took it out, it was warm in spite of Artic temperatures. The entire staff at Schlossman Subaru City of Milwaukee was well-informed and polite. The facility is welcoming too. More

Making simple out of confusing.. I am a first time Subaru owner so when I pushed the wrong button and couldn't get the gate to go up more than 8 inches I knew I did something wrong. I am a first time Subaru owner so when I pushed the wrong button and couldn't get the gate to go up more than 8 inches I knew I did something wrong. I headed into the Service center, was greeted immediately and within few minutes learned more cool stuff about my Subaru. I drove away feeling grateful that some problems can be solved rather easily. I dint get him name but whoever helped me was just great. More

I purchased my first Subaru on 12/31/16 I first went into the dealership mid October. At this point I wasn't sure if I was that interested in the Subaru. Bryan Spigarelli spoke with us, answered questions, and took us out for test drive in the Forester. He sent me the virtual tours of the Forester and Outback. We returned another time, and test drove the Outback. Was very patient, and answered all questions. We did not know we would be buying on the 31st, but figured we would be ordering. Lo and behold, just what I was looking for was delivered that am. He got us out of there that day with my new Outback. Has checked up on me, and gave me his # for any questions I may have. Very satisfied! More
