was in for 60k service on my outback. just in for an oil change. I am always impressed by the family feeling that I get when I here! the service advisor (Mandy) came outside to start the check in process because sh I am always impressed by the family feeling that I get when I here! the service advisor (Mandy) came outside to start the check in process because she felt I'd been waiting too long( I hadn't). Went into the sales floor to see if my sales guy was there(Kyle) he was, spent some time chatting with him regarding the new Impreza(nice!) and several others stopped by to say hello. No one tried to sell me anything but it was clear that they were interested in making my visit an enjoyable one. I've bought three Subaru's from them and sold them three cars. I am certain that my next several cars will be from Schlossmann's as they are here for the person, not just the sale.... Kevin R Stone More

Worst experience ever! They took 3 1/2 hours to change tires. Which we had waited for way to long. My husband works 3rd shift and had to try to stay awake to come home. They took 3 1/2 hours to change tires. Which we had waited for way to long. My husband works 3rd shift and had to try to stay awake to come home. I talked to service manager, Jason. He offered the only thing I don't have insured or covered, accessories. He offered $100 off a keyless remote starter. To me this feels like it was a way to sell us an accessory, not make up for poor service. They didn't wash the car which is supposed to be done with every service. We haven't even owned the car a month. Now I don't trust them and I'm stuck having to use them because of the warranty we purchased. We bought a 2017 wrx. I can't believe how much I regret our decision. With the exception of Dominic. He was awesome! More
