Worst experience ever! They took 3 1/2 hours to change tires. Which we had waited for way to long. My husband works 3rd shift and had to try to stay awake to come home. They took 3 1/2 hours to change tires. Which we had waited for way to long. My husband works 3rd shift and had to try to stay awake to come home. I talked to service manager, Jason. He offered the only thing I don't have insured or covered, accessories. He offered $100 off a keyless remote starter. To me this feels like it was a way to sell us an accessory, not make up for poor service. They didn't wash the car which is supposed to be done with every service. We haven't even owned the car a month. Now I don't trust them and I'm stuck having to use them because of the warranty we purchased. We bought a 2017 wrx. I can't believe how much I regret our decision. With the exception of Dominic. He was awesome! More

Routine maintenance was a disaster. Tires were not properly inflated so tire light went on shortly after leaving. Charged for 6 qts.of oil instead of 5. Fluids were not topped off. On previous visit requested synthetic oil and regular was used. Confidence in their maintenence dept. has eroded after last 3 visits. Doubt we will return even with vehicle purchased at Schlossmann. From the first impression of helpful , happy employees, clean building and a cup of coffee we met Sarah Moreno. She quickly assessed our needs and understood we had done our homework. Instead of selling she moved to information sharing and car options/availability. She is extremely knowledable about our choice of a Legacy and worked with us on a great deal meeting our needs entirely. 24 hours later we picked up our new car! Awesome experience! More
