Return for Oil Change that was not done previously I scheduled a return visit to have an oil change, premium car wash, multi-point inspection completed. I had previously been in for a mileage "tune-up I scheduled a return visit to have an oil change, premium car wash, multi-point inspection completed. I had previously been in for a mileage "tune-up" in which the oil change was not completed. However, Schlossmann worked with me to provide the oil change at my convenience and at no charge. The service was very good and even though the Service Department was very busy, I was given the attention and service I expected. Thank you!! The premium car wash/cleaning was not done but that was due to how busy things were. I totally understood this and was provided a card for a future premium wash/cleaning at my convenience. I do really like the service!! More
