I brought it to Schlossman for a second opinion and they ran a couple diagnostic tests and immediately figured out the problem. This is clearly the superior Subaru dealership in Milwaukee. Employees like Sean treated me with respect and courtesy. they demonstrated that day truly cared about helping me fix the problem. The manager even offered to stay late so that I could pick my car up after getting my wife and kids at the airport tonight. More

Worth the drive! I make the choice to drive all the way from Hartland to this location due to the outstanding service I have received. I have since been in for routine service three times and have worked with Mandi Vonckx each time and she is so knowledgeable and great at her job. I love working with her. Routine maintenance I went in for routine maintenance for my Subaru Forester. Eric Schaefer met me in the indoor cargo bay and asked what I was here for. I was completely satisfied with what was done. The waiting area was clean, WiFi capable, and stocked with coffee, water, and sofas. I think I would have gotten a complementary car wash but the temperature was too cold outside. I would highly recommend the dealership for service, as well as for purchase of a new Subaru. More
Recommend with hesitation I made an appointment on line with the Subaru dealer. I requested a 155.000 mile check up and noted that my check engine light had been going on and o I made an appointment on line with the Subaru dealer. I requested a 155.000 mile check up and noted that my check engine light had been going on and off for months and wanted them to check the tires. I assumed that the check up included an oil/filter change/fluid check etc. I work 45 miles away from the dealership so made the appointment for 7 am on a Friday, and made arrangements to bring the car in the night before. The car was not even looked at until mid afternoon on Friday, and I had to call in around 4 to check to see if it was finished. It was not and although they had all the parts needed for the very expensive repair, no one had done anything on the car by that time. Iknew they were open on Saturday and thought I would be able to pick it up then, but they said it would take until Monday afternoon to be finished. I asked about a loaner because I did need to get to work and they said no I would have to rent a car myself at my own expense. I thought that since it was their fault that it got lost in the business of Friday, that they should compensate me with the use of a loaner, which they said was only done for recalls. I finally got the car back on that Monday and I discovered that sometimes when I hit the brakes, the oil light flashed. I did not think this was dangerous because I KNEW they had just serviced the car. This light flashing became more frequent so I called Sean and asked about it. He said to check the oil right away, which I did and NO OIL registered on the dip stick. I added a quart of oil and the light went out and the next day added two more quarts of oil myself, and the stick still said low. Sean told me to bring it in and they did an oil change, which evidently had not been done while it was in the shop. I was without my car for 5 days and although Sean did not charge me for the oil change, and was very nice and apologetic, it is obvious that someone at the dealership dropped the ball. Now we like our salesperson very much, and are in the market for another car, I am very hesitant to get another Subaru, simply because the difficulty of this service visit. More

Jason came to the waiting area and kept updating the situation. Very pleased with the entire process. More
