Not only was Ed knowledgeable about the vehicle, but he made sure that my old car had the best trade in value possible. We told him our price point and he did everything possible to make sure that we did not go over it...and we didn't! Ed helped us get more for our money and a new car that we love. I scheduled my appointment by phone for 9am but the email confirmation said 10am. Due to the length of time needed for my repairs I was hoping to get a loaner vehicle, however I was told there was a 4-5 week wait on loaner vehicles for service work! The day of my repairs, I called to get an update on the status of my vehicle and sat on hold for 5 minutes before anyone from the service department picked up. For the volume of customers coming in on Saturdays, the service counter always seems understaffed. Eric and Sean have been great to work with and provide good customer service. But the department as a whole needs better customer service. More

Mike Pryor introduced me to Fiz Hidri, which i I purchased my Outback for more than 12 years, so was apprehensive at the beginning of the process. Mike Pryor introduced me to Fiz Hidri, which is the best thing that has happened to me for years! I wasn't sure about leasing or purchasing. Fiz listened carefully and suggested an Impreza. We took it out for a test drive and then sat to discuss my options. Fiz was responsive, interested and in tune with my needs and concerns. He took immeasurable time with me, explaining, teaching, making sure that I was comfortable, that I understood everything and that he and the staff were there to help me. Fiz made the process so comfortable and easy. It can be daunting, but he guided me the entire way and made sure I was at ease and was getting what I wanted. He is a genuinely good man! Joe Coletta took care of the details and was exceedingly pleasant. I am recommending Fiz and your group to everyone I meet. Thank you for your careful assistance and help. I cannnot thank you enough! Subaru City staff responded quickly to our email questions, offered the best price quote on a new Forester and set up an appointment time in late afternoon to accommodate our schedules. We were introduced to our sales representative Bryan who showed us several vehicles and answered all our questions. Subaru City had the vehicle in stock that we were interested in and we were able to drive it home that night. Staff were approachable and knowledgeable and we felt comfortable from the beginning. New brakes and tires I brought my 2012 Forester in for new tires. My last oil change indicated the brake fluid was dirty and needed to be replaced. When they looked at m I brought my 2012 Forester in for new tires. My last oil change indicated the brake fluid was dirty and needed to be replaced. When they looked at my brakes, the service people said the pads and rotors were also very worn and needed replacement. I was glad they caught it before the warning light went on. Eric Schaffer was my service adviser. He kept me informed and told me what my options were. I decided to have both rear and front brakes replaced along with the new tires. He gave me discounts and didn't charge me for the alignment. I deeply appreciated Eric's efforts in getting me the best price possible and not charging for the alignment. The day was more expensive than I had originally anticipated, but now my Forester should be ready to face winter. Thank you, Eric and thank you Subaru team. More
