Originally I asked for a portion of 105k work to be done that was not completed elsewhere (timing belts etc.). I also expected a basic oil change or at least to be asked whether to have one. Of the 6 jobs done,, no oil change was completed which surprised me. I was not able to talk to Mandy at check-out (not her fault) as my service was completed late in the day and someone else checked me out. More
Service Extraordinaire Edward Wrathall sold me my Hyundai Elantra in Oct 2013. On the 3rd anniversary date he sent me an email, checking on how I liked my car, offering his Edward Wrathall sold me my Hyundai Elantra in Oct 2013. On the 3rd anniversary date he sent me an email, checking on how I liked my car, offering his assistance if I was thinking of a different vehicle. His timing was perfect, and I made an appointment to meet with him & discuss my wish for a Subaru Outbook. With his excellent "listening to my needs" skills, a test drive of another "affordable model", we came back to the lot & my eyes saw a lovely, light green Outback. He offered to take us for a "test" drive. This car is now sitting in my driveway, and I have never been happier! Rob The Finance Guy worked his skills on finding great financing for me - Rob offered a friendly smile, PATIENCE, and he also, "listened"! I have passed Edward's car onto several of my friends & it is my hope they go to Schlossman's Milwaukee Subaru for their next buying experience! More
Dismissive I had my mileage (45000miles) check up done and was very impressed with everyone I interacted with, however, afterwards my car alignment was way off a I had my mileage (45000miles) check up done and was very impressed with everyone I interacted with, however, afterwards my car alignment was way off and I was treated very abrupt, rude and with dismissive behavior. I was informed that there was "no way" it the dealerships fault, but that I must have "messed up" my alignment within 5 minutes of leaving the dealership. However, I was supposed to be comforted with paying $60 to check my alignment if I thought it was needed. The salesman was rude and dismissive and interrupted every question/concern I had. I felt was very offended and felt like the dealership left to me drive off in an un-safe car and were offended when I was concerned with how my car was driving. It is unfortunate that people can be so rude and try and make people feel incompetent for something that is trusted upon these individuals. This is totally for the desk men and not the workers who were never informed of the issue because the desk men dismissed it immediately. More

Service was fine, extremely long wait times I had a 5:30 appointment for a 6 month oil change and tire rotation. My service contract had been purchased when I bought the car so there was no c I had a 5:30 appointment for a 6 month oil change and tire rotation. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time and was taken care of immediately and then sent to the waiting room. While waiting, numerous people brought their cars in after me and left before me because their service was done. At 7:15 my car was ready. This seems like a ridiculous amount of time for something so simple. I also must mention that at my first 6 month service, the wait time was similar. Because my service is listing as "warranty" with no $$$ to be collected, I can't help but wonder if customers who are paying for their service are taken first. This service contract was not cheap and I probably paid more for it than I will ever use. If I did not have this contract, I would take my service business someplace else. I will say I have no complaints about the service itself and I do love my Subaru. More
