Window problem I took my car to Sommer's dealership twice and I still had the problem with my drivers side window going up to s certain point then going back down. There were times I had to leave the car with the window down. During my last trip to Sommers the couldn't find a problem with my window, do I figured they didn't know how to fix it and I started going to schlossman's.they diagnosed my problem right away, ordered parts and when the parts arrived they fixed it and now it works like a new car. I am forever grateful to Eric my service advisor for working his magic and to the folks at Schlossman's for getting this fixed before the snow starts flying. Car in for routine oil change, winter maintenance check. Needed routine oil change & checkup for winter driving. Car has little over 60,000 miles. Service guy suggested 60,000 mile maintenance package whic Needed routine oil change & checkup for winter driving. Car has little over 60,000 miles. Service guy suggested 60,000 mile maintenance package which cost nearly $500. Car is 2009 & I didn't want to spend that much money since car is fairly well maintained. Service guy was very professional & didn't pressure me to take package. In end, car did need engine & cabin filters which he showed me & I did OK those being replaced. Car was done in less than 1 hour. More
