On time and quick! I brought my car in for an oil change and regular service plus a recall. I was 15 minutes early, and they took my car right away. They told me the d I brought my car in for an oil change and regular service plus a recall. I was 15 minutes early, and they took my car right away. They told me the day before that it would take about an hour and a half. I waited in the waiting room where there was coffee, soda and water, along with cookies and granola bars. In less than an hour they were all done and everything was set. It was raining, so they could not give me a car wash, so they said to stop in anytime to get a free car wash. Service is excellent, and I highly recommend going to Subaru City! More

Long wait for recall CVT fluid to be added, however that was out of service control. Great service in that they suggested the wait would be at least two hours at start of appt and had free shuttle service. More

First time getting a new car Bryan was a incredibly helpful and knowledgable salesman who did not pressure me or push me towards anything I did not want. This was the third dealer Bryan was a incredibly helpful and knowledgable salesman who did not pressure me or push me towards anything I did not want. This was the third dealership I went to after having my car stolen and this one was easily the best service and price. Bryan spent a lot of time with me going over many details, riding in multiple test drives and giving me honest opinions. I never felt pressured by Bryan to pick a certain car or package or to even make a purchase. Every person that walked passed me greeted me at the minimum and was very kind. I highly recommend Bryan and this dealership! More
