Every employee I encountered from the receptionist to the sales people to the business office staff were polite, professional, and welcoming. My greatest praise is reserved for Fiz Hidri. I can't speak more highly about Fiz. I've leased three Outbacks from from Fiz. He is the ultimate professional. Service Repair of EVAP This was not a conventional repair. Schlossman's ordered the part and when it was installed it did not function properly. So another part had procur This was not a conventional repair. Schlossman's ordered the part and when it was installed it did not function properly. So another part had procured from another dealer. There was a lot of running around and fire drills... however, during this time Schlossmann's did everything they could do to make my delay bearable. I really appreciated that; they kept me informed of every move. Very good communication. They take their job and responsibilities seriously and that flows over into how they deal with there customers. More

Highly Recommend Subaru City I was greeted the second I stepped out of my car. Which was clearly on its last leg.
