Long wait I was told the wait for my problem would be from ten minutes to two hours. Over four hours later I finally had my car back. Nothing was found wrong I was told the wait for my problem would be from ten minutes to two hours. Over four hours later I finally had my car back. Nothing was found wrong with the battery and the correct setting of the clock, obviously a small problem, was never done. Service people were from very nice to not so friendly. The man taking care of me left for the day and I did not know that. A long afternoon! More

Excellent service, no pressure from staff. I recently have been pro GM ever since I could drive. When it was time for my Silverado's lease to be up, my dealer who I'm not going to mention in ot I recently have been pro GM ever since I could drive. When it was time for my Silverado's lease to be up, my dealer who I'm not going to mention in other words wanted nothing to do with me. I found it strange since the vehicle was garage kept, and only 27k on it way under my 48k lease term as well as being loyal to that dealer for 8 plus years and 6 vehicles later. I wanted to try something different. I stopped into Subaru city. Right when I hit the door I had a good feeling. After talking with the manager and sales consultant, they were able to put me in a new vehicle with no pressure on my shoulders. Easy financing. They worked with my situation after telling them what had happened through GM. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone who plans on buying a Subaru in the area, or is looking for a vehicle in general. More

On time and quick! I brought my car in for an oil change and regular service plus a recall. I was 15 minutes early, and they took my car right away. They told me the d I brought my car in for an oil change and regular service plus a recall. I was 15 minutes early, and they took my car right away. They told me the day before that it would take about an hour and a half. I waited in the waiting room where there was coffee, soda and water, along with cookies and granola bars. In less than an hour they were all done and everything was set. It was raining, so they could not give me a car wash, so they said to stop in anytime to get a free car wash. Service is excellent, and I highly recommend going to Subaru City! More
