Subaru Family I appreciate the friendly service, coupon, clean waiting room, beverages/cookies and the car wash. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 (would I appreciate the friendly service, coupon, clean waiting room, beverages/cookies and the car wash. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 (would have given 4.5 (if it was an option) as I was told 45 minutes for the oil change and tire rotation but it took longer. I would rather be told an hour/hour and a half, then if ready earlier I would have been more pleased. In our family, my husband, daughter and I all have Subaru's. More

Very dedicated service They did a servicing on my car two weeks ago and did a fine job. Had to bring it back in two days ago because oil was leaking from a broken cap. They They did a servicing on my car two weeks ago and did a fine job. Had to bring it back in two days ago because oil was leaking from a broken cap. They refilled the oil and spent all day cleaning the engine for me free of charge and provided rides for me to and from the service station. Will come back. Thank you! More

Above and Beyond Ed Wrathall, Shawn Klug, and Robert Grzegorzewski helped us to trade in the 2015 Outback we purchased new back in April of 2015, for another new 2017 Ed Wrathall, Shawn Klug, and Robert Grzegorzewski helped us to trade in the 2015 Outback we purchased new back in April of 2015, for another new 2017 Outback. We were driving a brand new Outback again, but our monthly payments stayed the same! We didn't think it was possible, but they made it happen! On top of that, they demonstrated tremendous patience and understanding when there were issues with the credit bureau due to identity theft we experienced a little over a year ago. Can't say enough good things about this dealership, from the guys mentioned above from Sales and Finance, to Mandi and Eric in Service, and Sasena and Scott in the body shop. Everyone I've dealt with is professional, helpful and friendly and will do whatever they can to make me more than satisfied when I walk out the door. Too bad that isn't contagious! Great job guys!!
