Highly Recommend! I had previously visited another Subaru dealer looking for the vehicle that I purchased through Schlossmann. I was told that the vehicle I was looking I had previously visited another Subaru dealer looking for the vehicle that I purchased through Schlossmann. I was told that the vehicle I was looking for, with the specific features I had build on the website, wouldn't be available until January 2017, if at all. My husband and I left almost immediately and decided to call another dealer (you) to get a "second opinion". I was told, when I called, that there would be no problem getting what I wanted, except that I'd probably have to build it. So, I scheduled a time to come in and discuss the details and ended up signing the paperwork and having my car built. Tony Ransley, the salesman I was working with, was wonderful to work with. He answered all the questions we (my husband and I) had and didn't pressure us into anything. He had two different vehicles ready for us to test-drive and made it very comfortable. I received the call that my vehicle was ready two weeks earlier than anticipated. I made an appointment and made sure my financials were ready and sent over to the dealer. We went in to sign the final paperwork and test-drove my new car. It was everything I could've asked for! I anticipated not being able to take it home until later the next week as my loan was through my bank and they only had a "draft" check. We went over all the warranty options and then Tony asked if I wanted to take the car home! The finance department was comfortable with our bank's check and had us sign the papers right away! Tony took me through all the different features in the car, explained all the manuals and paperwork that came with it and that was it! Both times were were at Schlossmann we finalized our visits by speaking with the sales managers and both were very positive and offered their services if ever needed. I would, and already have, recommend Schlossmann for anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle. I have never had such and easy and pleasant experience! Thank you to everyone we worked with and I will absolutely continue to recommend you and your dealership! More
Service and sales departments need to communicate better This is the third time we have returned to this dealership only to have the wrong vehicle entered into their system for service. It seems like our mis This is the third time we have returned to this dealership only to have the wrong vehicle entered into their system for service. It seems like our mistake may have been to have purchased two new Subaru's ( a 2015 Outback and a 2016 Crosstrek) from the same dealer and their system is not able to separate them as they were purchased using the same customer number. This error may seem petty, however we have mentioned that there has been confusion in the past as to which vehicle was being brought in for service which caused delays in checking in the vehicle. This time was no different. I stopped in to make the appointment and while in front of service writer again mentioned the errors from the previous visits. The service writer only commented that" I have it". No more that 20 minutes after leaving the dealership I received an appointment confirmation email FOR THE WRONG VEHICLE. I sent an email to the salesperson we had used to purchase both cars from, who had asked to be contacted if we had any questions or concerns, to inform him of this situation only not to receive a response. I went to the appointment and of course the system was still showing the wrong vehicle. This also potentially could have caused the same delay as before as the vehicle was being brought in for a Subaru recall that did not include the other vehicle. The service writer, different from the first one, took the vehcle ID number and went to her computer. As soon as she entered it in her system her next comment was " oh this is not the vehicle we have on calendar". I again explained what had happened the last several times and the assurances we had been given that it would not happen again. She did some additional inquiries in computer and her response was that it is being caused because our salesperson used the same customer number for both purchases. It would appear that there should be a simple fix, change one of the customer numbers. I was then told that that is not possible. I asked what could be done. Her response, "I have no idea". Not I will check, sorry this happening, only I have no idea. Pretty poor. So it appears that we will continue to have this problem as Subaru City's service department has No Idea how to fix it. The only reason I gave this 2 stars is that they did get the recall and service done in a timely manor and it is not the fault of the service techs that we have had this inconvenience. More

Dustin took practically half of a Saturday to answer all of my questions, test drive two vehicles, and work back and forth with his manager to settle pricing issues and questions I had. It was a long process, but he remained polite and professional throughout. I appreciate his efforts and look forward to dealing with more of him and the rest of the Schlossmann staff in the future. Great experience I expected a "dealers price" (read: expensive) for my first oil change but instead it was very competitively priced at $65 (with $5 coupon). Consideri I expected a "dealers price" (read: expensive) for my first oil change but instead it was very competitively priced at $65 (with $5 coupon). Considering a typical oil change is about $25-30, and this oil needs to be changed only 6 mos./6k miles, it's about the same. But I also got an inspection, fluid check and top-off and tire rotation in that price, too. Everyone there was nice, the waiting room was comfortable and had snacks and a play area for the kids. Work took about an hour and we were back out on the road. More

After signing in, I went to the customer waiting room and waited and waited and waited. When a service writer happened to walk through the area, I asked her if the service department was especially busy since I had been waiting for almost two hours for just an oil change. She said they were busy because of the many new cars the dealership sold recently. Okay, Fair enough. I'll just have to wait. I wasn't angry or upset. I was just really surprised that the oil change was taking so long. That is so UNLIKE the service I'm used to. Usually I would be the customer who'd say, "Wow! Done already?" About 15-20 minutes later, I was told my car was ready for pick-up. When I got to the desk in the service area, I was told by Joe Lopez (?) that there would be no charge due to the exceedingly long wait time. That's good business. Even though I wasn't a ranting, raving, hair-on-fire customer, the service department took pains to make sure I didn't become an irate customer. It's that kind of treatment that has kept me coming back to Schlossmann's for probably more than 35 years. Joe Lopez gets five stars. And...I'll be back for the next oil change. More
