He said he would rotate tires again, so naturally as I had paid for the service I said yes. Now am wondering if the oil was really changed?????? More

Timely appointments courteous and work done on time. Our first salesman James Lemke was knowledgeable and friendly. He was busy at the time we came to look at a new Forrester so we got help from Mike Pender. Mike was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and funny. We had to wait for our car to come in and he kept us up to date on everything. Would definitely work with this dealership again. More

Code Black? had to take my 2 week old 2017 in for problems with the Eyesight system. At first visit of about 2.5 hours I was told they would have to do further di had to take my 2 week old 2017 in for problems with the Eyesight system. At first visit of about 2.5 hours I was told they would have to do further diagnostics and would need the car for a full day. So dropped car off at 9:00 am and was told that the mechanic assigned to work on it would not be in till 11:00. Took courtesy shuttle home. At about 3:00 received a call saying that my car had been damaged slightly when a delivery driver hit it. I know this is not Subaru City's fault and it will be taken care of thru insurance. I was told a repair estimate would be given to me when I picked up my car. My car still was not finished and service rep said he would call back when it was done. 4:00 got call that it was done and asked for courtesy shuttle pickup. I was finally picked up at 6:45pm and driver had to make another pick up before heading to dealership. Had I been told it would take that long I would have made other arrangements. When I checked email later in day saw that they had sent one at 3:20 saying my car was finished. There was no repair estimate waiting for me and no one from service dept. took the time to show me the damage done.. My salesperson, Josh Clemens, saw me and asked how he could help. Fortunately the damage is very minor. I had to call the next day to get the body work estimate. Hopefully they will improve their scheduling so that they are not swamped and can get to each vehicle in a timely fashion. I will give them one more try as this is the place from which I purchased the vehicle but if communication and timing does not improve I will be forced to find another service center. More

The finance department went the extra mile and found us financing through a respected financial institution that we could live with. We noticed a minor glitch that the service department took care of quickly, completely, and without cost to our great satisfaction. We had a minor incident that required some body work a month or so later, and the body shop made the repairs, with Sasana and Scott working with us to make sure we got everything taken care of at the best price (we had obtained a number of estimates). The new customer coupon from Mr. Larsen came in extremely handy as well! We are so very happy with all of our experiences with this dealership, and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone seeking a new or used car. Bryan keeps in contact with the great follow-up to make sure our needs continue to be met to our satisfaction. He is by far the most competent, cordial, and caring salesperson we have ever come in contact with. More
