My appointment was for 7:30 am on Tuesday, so I brought it in the evening before and left it all day for the work. Unfortunately, 24 hours was not sufficient time to complete the work, and the service center (NOT the service advisor) called asking for a second day to complete the detailing. To be fair, the detailing was beautiful, but instead of the requested 12k service, they only changed the oil. When going over the worksheet, I saw that they had only done part if what was requested, so I had to wait an extra half hour on top of the second day! Mind you tha service contract, and am on my second Substitute. More

Amazing service I had the best experience recently! We have an Impreza that we bought brand new here but our 3 year warranty had just expired literally 1 month ago a I had the best experience recently! We have an Impreza that we bought brand new here but our 3 year warranty had just expired literally 1 month ago and my headlight burned out. Mandi was so lovely from the second I walked in with my appointment. I waited not long and it was replaced and my car was washed and the fluids were topped off! (Something the Ford dealership we have our other car with never does) I also had a complementary cookie! When it came time to pay Mandi said it was a one time fee waved since it was so close to the warranty ending. Wow!!! So nice!!! It would have costed me $85 dollars. Just so nice to be treated like you matter! Very refreshing! More
