They Stand behind the Cars they Sale! I purchased my car from Schlossmanns based on my need for a new car. The after purchase service I received not only met but exceeded my expectation. I purchased my car from Schlossmanns based on my need for a new car. The after purchase service I received not only met but exceeded my expectation. Two years into this car my Alternator went out. So I have to get the car towed to the dealership on a Friday afternoon and was told it should be ready Saturday afternoon or Monday morning at the lasting due the service department being super busy. My car an Acura RL has a part that not only is it on back order but the Manufacturer has placed an hold on making the parts internally. The service staff at Schlossmanns, and my Tech, Eric, reassured me that they would get this handled. Find the part and get my car back whole as soon as possible. Not only did they get me a service loaner for three until the part was located, but they picked up the couple days tab on a loaner car that I had previous to the loaner coming available. I have never experience or heard of this kind of customer service at a dealership other than a Top of the line brand. Thanks for making my Summer! More

My take is it's pretty efficiently run, staff is friendly, knowledgeable & helpful (refreshing - as many are none of those, much less a triple threat), and My Gosh - Mandi or Martha?- the woman at the service center who's so together: knowlegeable, all biz, but funny & cool. She seems trustworthy & is believable when assuring that concerns will be examined/repaired. Mazeltov on your nuptials. I can't recognize those pics! Sorry More

Friendly and Professional staff I started my search for a new vehicle by visiting Subaru dealer websites. Found the vehicle I wanted at Subaru City and first dealt with Liz on your I started my search for a new vehicle by visiting Subaru dealer websites. Found the vehicle I wanted at Subaru City and first dealt with Liz on your internet sales team who was friendly and courteous. She set up my visit and test drive with David Opanga who took the time to answer all my questions about the Legacy and was very professional in every step of the process. David went above and beyond the realm of service when he drove 60 miles one way to pick me up at my house and drove me back to the dealership so I could drive my new car home. Very much appreciated that. Very satisfied with my experience at Subaru City. More

Outstanding Customer Service While I knew I wanted a Crosstrek, choosing the right color and options ended up being the more difficult part of my purchase. The selection was outstanding and our salesperson, Sarah Moreno, went above and beyond to show us probably every Crosstrek in their inventory as I attempted to make my decision. Jeremy Stilb, the sales manager, even offered pricing options on inventory at other dealerships to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I LOVE my new Crosstrek and will go right back to Subaru City for my next purchase! More
