In May of 2012 I knew I wanted to keep this car and needed to get a loan. The finance department got me a loan with Chase at 3.5% interest which blew me away! The Service Department is "Stellar" in my book and they are always very accommodating! I would highly recommend this Dealership. Great employees, great service, overall wonderful to work with. More

We had several issues that were covered under the warranty, but had to fight them to get them fixed right. Poor communication and bad customer service resulted in extra visits because not all problems were taken care of the first time. Had a tire issue and tried to deal directly with the service manager. He was not helpful nor made me feel like a valued customer. Now over 36,000 miles, going to another dealer in my area. The salesman emailed every time we had service, sounds good, but but never did anything about our poor service experiences. Now they want to "buy" my car at a sad used price.... Just hope we can get removed from their mailing and email list. We want nothing to do with them. Sad really. More

Great customer service I was just getting ready to complain about how long it was taking with my vehicle when I was approached by the service manager who apologized for the I was just getting ready to complain about how long it was taking with my vehicle when I was approached by the service manager who apologized for the delay as they had gotten "backed up a bit". I was then informed my service was free and please accept their apologies. Great way to turn what could have been a bad experience into a good one. More
