We traded in our old car for a fair price and purchase a new crosstrek. Everything has gone very well so far! More

Service I took my car in for service. The hatch will not close or sometimes opens to the point I drive around with the hatch open. I left it for a week for I took my car in for service. The hatch will not close or sometimes opens to the point I drive around with the hatch open. I left it for a week for it to be picked up with 2 dents in the doors and the vehicle still not repaired. I have taken it in several times prior to this visit for the hatch to be serviced, but when I arrived they could not service the car because the hatch would close by the time I arrived at the dealer, therefore the service department stated the could not diagnose the problem, which is why I left the vehicle for a week two weeks later and the vehicle hatch is still not working properly. More

poor communication Over three weeks had passed and the part for our car had not been ordered once we came in to check on a rotation. When I made appointment with Mario for tire rotation I also told him about the part that was to be ordered, the dome light attachment part. Once we arrived to the service department we were told that the part was not in and had not even been ordered! Jason did apologize. Then we were told we needed a oil change with the rotation which we did not expect. We agreed then after thinking about it my husband told Jason we bought the car in May so there should not be any need for an oil change. Jason checked and agreed. There was a nail in the tire which was repaired by service dept. More
