Sean O'Hara is extraordinary! I recently brought my car in for service and was immediately greeted by Sean O'Hara as I drove up. Sean was curteous, very knowledgeable, and efficien I recently brought my car in for service and was immediately greeted by Sean O'Hara as I drove up. Sean was curteous, very knowledgeable, and efficient. He listened to my request for service and advised that my car would be ready in an hour. He even checked for recalls. This was significant to me since on a prior occasion at this location I'd needed recall work done, left my car for repair, was told the tool broke and they couldn't do the work, but they would call when the tool was available and never did. That guy was not Sean, Sean was the consummate professional. In less than an hour, my car was ready. He reviewed the maintenance report, discussed time frames for subsequent maintenance, and explained that there was no longer timing belts in Subarus when I enquirered about future service. This is my 7th Subaru all bought in my prior state of residence. I had a regular maintenance guy and knew the owner and loved my mechanic. Sean made me feel like Gene my favorite mechanic. Sean is a class act who provides extraordinary customer service. He deserves a raise. If he is there, my 8th Subaru will be purchased at Schlossmann's. Thanks Sean. More

A good experience The Maintenance Advisor (Mandi) was both knowledgeable and courteous. The waiting room facility was very comfortable and the "Courtesy Car"driver would routinely inquire if anyone there wanted a ride home. Overall, it was a good experience and one that will keep me coming back to this facility whenever I need work done on my car. More

Nothing but the best!! I've never owned a Subaru before so when I first began to look at Subaru City I was doing the proverbial "kicking some tires" with no real intent t I've never owned a Subaru before so when I first began to look at Subaru City I was doing the proverbial "kicking some tires" with no real intent to buy, just whittle down the potential manufacturers. I had done extensive research on at least 4 other vehicle brands so I knew what I wanted but I hadn't really found it yet. However, my sales person Matt Marino really did "sell" me on owning a Subaru. His knowledge of his products was extensive and all of my questions were patiently and thoroughly answered. At no time did I sense any pressure to make a purchase immediately. But he did his job so well that not only did I decide that day to make a purchase, I couldn't wait to drive it off the lot. He handled all of the paper work efficiently and professionally and the next day I returned to pick up my new car. The entire process was smooth and pleasant and I'd definitley recommend this dealershi[p to anyone looking at Subarus. Most likely, when my lease is up I'll be returning to choose another Subaru! More
