Excellent Service I am always so appreciative of the excellent service I receive whenever I come in. This time it was for general service and Mandi took care of me. She I am always so appreciative of the excellent service I receive whenever I come in. This time it was for general service and Mandi took care of me. She is so kind and efficient. One time I came in with a concern about low tire pressure. She personally checked them for me an assured me they were over inflated which also causes the indicator light to go on. Great Follow Up, Quick and Attentive I came in to pick up the rooftop box and barely had to lift a finger as the sales team helped install it on top of my new Crosstrek with Aero load bar I came in to pick up the rooftop box and barely had to lift a finger as the sales team helped install it on top of my new Crosstrek with Aero load bars. Also, I mentioned that we were having some hiccups with the bluetooth and the touchscreen display. Not even 24 hours after I left, my salesperson, Sarah, followed up with an email explaining with clarity what I can do to troubleshoot and then offered to follow up again if things didn't work.
