Great Experience with Subaru! I was recently in a car accident where my car was unfortunately totaled. I was recommended to Schlossman Subaru City of Milwaukee by my co-workers and I'm so thankful that I listened to them! Since I wasn't expecting to be purchasing a car anytime soon but had no choice given the circumstances, I walked into Subaru pretty nervous and completely overwhelmed. The only thing I knew was that I wanted to be able to lease a car 100% on my own without needing a co-signer. The second I walked in, I got the feeling that I would be taken care of. Bryan Spigarelli instantly understood the kind of car I was looking for. Despite the fact that it was late on a Friday night and almost closing time, he was very patient, let me look at and test drive all the cars I was interested in and answered any and all of the questions I had. He made me feel like a priority and I didn't feel rushed at all. Bryan and Will Matos worked everything out and I was able to lease a 2016 Subaru Crosstrek completely on my own! Long story short, I couldn't be happier. I was 100% pleased with how I was treated and how well I was taken car of by the people at Subaru. I received follow up calls/emails asking how everything was going and I just overall felt so thankful that I was able to work with Bryan. I can't thank Subaru enough for such a wonderful experience! More

Got it almost right I scheduled service a week in advance for a new set of tires and a new rim that was damaged. I picked out the tires I wanted and they were ordered. I called twice before the appointment and I was assured the tires had been delivered. Only after I arrived for my appointment was I informed that the tires were not in fact there (there were several sets of the same brand but not the ones that were my vehicle's size) and could not be delivered for several more days. Since I'd driven from an hour and a half away, I did not want to make another trip, so I chose a different brand of tire that were available immediately. I'm sure the tires I bought will be just fine, but I was disappointed that no one at the dealer actually looked to be sure the tires I ordered were in fact there. More

I had some questions regarding servicing details, which was not explained well. When I asked him more questions on my trident coverage, he basically said I was not covered. I had to go to sales associate and finance dept to confirm that I in fact had trident coverage. He still wouldn't believe me! I had a big long argument with him about this, and had to bring in sales associate from inside to explain. Even the sales associate agreed that Mr. Schaefer acted rudely. More

It was fast and easy. Schlossmann's was one of three dealers that responded. All were similar in price, within $150 of each other. I did some more initial searching via email and contact with each dealer. Narrowed it down to two, both in the Milwaukee area. Even though Schlossmann's was NOT the lowest price, I decide to start there as I just had a better "feeling" about them. Boy was I right. This is the third Subaru I own now, (first time I bought from Schlossmann's as we relocated from out of state). I really appreciate the speed at which we were able to reach a price, (my price by the way), and even included a trade in that was "less than stellar". The sales team respected my request to not force us to go through ALL the options and questions about extra add-ons, warranties, etc... We wrote and check, traded cars, and off we went. Even my wife was happy! More

Quick, thorough, and reasonable In and out in the time they stated. Did everything I requested and had the answers when I checked out. This Dealership Is Amazing! Believe it or not, I walked into Schlossmann's not wanting to get a new car, even though my husband told me it was time to say good-bye to my 18 year- Believe it or not, I walked into Schlossmann's not wanting to get a new car, even though my husband told me it was time to say good-bye to my 18 year-old mini van. Jason Spilka greeted us immediately and asked what we were interested in. He totally understood my reluctance to purchase a new car, asked me what I liked and disliked about the vehicle I had, what I needed in a vehicle, and showed me what my options were on a new Subaru. His knowledge of the different Subaru cars was outstanding. He was able to pinpoint exactly what two models would work for my needs and patiently explained the features of each one. With Jason and Matthew Marino helping me make this important decision, I chose a Subaru Forester. Now I wonder how I ever lived without my Forester! Thank you SO much Jason and Matthew. More

Good experience overall. This is my 5th Subaru, and the 4th from this particular dealership. Two of the four were great. The other two were used, but both Subar overall. This is my 5th Subaru, and the 4th from this particular dealership. Two of the four were great. The other two were used, but both Subaru(s). The used cars were overpriced and there were many maintenance issues. I also have had to work with 4 different salespersons due to turnover. However, the last one was really helpful and I hope he is there for my next Subaru. More
