All I can say is AMAZING !!!! I have been to many auto dealerships in last two years to shop for my cars. Well this was my fifth purchase and I was looking for a used car. Just hap I have been to many auto dealerships in last two years to shop for my cars. Well this was my fifth purchase and I was looking for a used car. Just happened to find a good vehicle at subaru city. Never been there before, but this has been my most pleasant, fast, courteous experience while shopping for cars. Fiz Hidri was my salesman and Liz Edmondson was the online chat representative who helped me find the right vehicle and gave me the information required. The whole staff was very polite and happy to help. My car was ready at the given time. The process of billing and paperwork was quickest than any that I have experienced before. I was in and out in no time. Fiz was very polite and professional during the whole deal. I am pretty sure that schlosmann subaru city will be my first option when I'm shopping for another vehicle. One time experience made easy This was my first time - probably only - buying a brand new car. I did my research beforehand but was still apprehensive about the experience. I found the experience to be friendly, laid back, and I don't feel like I was taken advantage of. If I said "no" to something, there was no hard sell. I loved that and for that alone I recommend Subaru City. Ask for Martha! More

They get the job done! I have had my vehicle in several times and I must say that it is a very friendly and efficient service department. The waiting room is very nice and s I have had my vehicle in several times and I must say that it is a very friendly and efficient service department. The waiting room is very nice and stocked with several beverage choices and the cookies are wonderful. Took a long time, somethings stars as done were not done I've used Subaru city before and have been pleased in the past all bough it seems like it always takes a long time for an oil change. This visit w I've used Subaru city before and have been pleased in the past all bough it seems like it always takes a long time for an oil change. This visit was for an oil change and I dropped the vehicle off the night before for service first thing in the morning (715am appointment). By 930 I still haven't heard from them so I called to see if it was done. The guy stated that it was but seemed unsure and asked when I was going to pick it up. It seemed to me like it wasn't done and was trying to gauge how I have time they had to finish it. When I picked it up, the receipt stated that an oil change had been done as well as a multi-point inspection and a car wash. The car wash had NOT been done as my vehicle was still just as dirty as when I dropped it off. Whenever someone tells me something is done and it isn't, I always question what else wasn't done. Did they actually do a multi point inspection? Did they properly change the oil? No way of knowing really. More
