Lack of Attention to Detail I recently had my car into the dealership for standard maintenance (oil change, etc.) and for them to check on the recall item on my vehicle. I dropped it off in the morning prior to work and planned to pick it up after work the same day. I received a call in the early afternoon letting me know that it was already to go and there weren't any issues. When I got to the dealership after work and I got into the car there was a audible vibration coming from the passenger side of the dash (not there previously) so I drove right back into the garage. One of the service advisors came out (not sure if it was the same one who had handle my vehicle) and he also heard the noise. At some point someone asked when the last time I had it in for service was (they had it the whole day). They ended up taking the car back to figure out what the noise was; 45 minutes later they said it was a leaf in the blower motor. Not a major issue in itself, but the fact that they didn't notice that at any point during the day is a little bothersome and then I had to extend my day even longer waiting for them to fix it. The second issue, which has now happened 4 out of the 5 times my vehicle has been in for an oil change, is that they never reset the counter properly for my next maintenance schedule. The sticker on the window was for half of the normal miles for full synthetic oil and the system maintenance computer was set even lower than that. On the paperwork of the visit it clearly states 7500 mile synthetic oil change. If this was a one time occurrence it wouldn't be that big of a deal but it is every time (but 1) that I have gone in that it has happened. I have had other issues in the past as well, but this review is already getting long. It boils down to the fact that the majority of the visits I have had to the service department have left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I don't trust that they are going to get the job done properly. Unfortunately for me, I have the maintenance plan through Subaru and am forced to use this dealership if I don't want to drive 50 miles for my service. More

He did everything he could to make sure we were not only happy with the Outback, but that it was exactly the vehicle we were looking for. We did not feel pressured at any point to purchase the car. In fact, it was quite the opposite. Antonio was very patient with us and answered all of our questions. My husband and I will recommend Antonio to anyone we know looking for a Subaru.
