And he also was great when I picked up the car at the time of delivery I also e-mailed him about questions I had about the car and he answered them in a timely manner. The rest of your staff was great also.They are Adam Swernoff and Robert Grzegorzewski. They were all very professional. Your Honda dealership on Highway 100 should come here to learn a few pointers! Great Team Our purchasing process started over a year ago with another dealer. This dealer called and emailed us weekly even after we requested they stopped. N Our purchasing process started over a year ago with another dealer. This dealer called and emailed us weekly even after we requested they stopped. Needless to say we were not happy with the pressure. We dropped by Schlossman in November and Fiz was great with getting us the information we needed. He answered any questions we had and gave us information on prices and what was available and what accessories we were looking for. He gave us his contact information for if we had any further questions. We did not hear from him again until we contacted him in January when we were ready to purchase the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us order exactly what we wanted. When we picked up the car he was great with showing us the features etc.P.S. Fiz needs a new picture. :) Shawn and Kelly helped with the financing and warranty information and did a great job even though Shawn was just learning. Igor had set up some of the financing earlier. Wheel mount and balance nightmare I was glad they got me in on a whim. the results of service was poor, I asked if they could handle a $5,000.00 custom wheel and tire combo I was glad they got me in on a whim. the results of service was poor, I asked if they could handle a $5,000.00 custom wheel and tire combo, was assured they could tackle the job, got in on that Saturday excited to finally get my wheels on. came into a lug nut issue not fitting, went from my house in Racine to a auto store in Milwaukee then bringing them the right lug nuts, confirmed with the service assistant manger that they would work, ok good to go, went home. Got a call that the vehicle was done, came back from Racine to the dealership and paid my bill of a $189.17, they told me they only felt comfortable adjusting the toe on my vehicle and leaving the camber out of tolerance ok, ok. I was content until I went on the freeway and it shook like crazy, I had to hold the steering wheel straight, immediately messaged the service person I was dealing with and told him the situation, he said ok and lets set something up, He wanted the jeep for a whole day knowing this is my only vehicle, so rearranged my logistics, and I got it to him so they could fix it, so I got it there Monday around 3pm, then Tuesday told me they wanted another $130.00 bucks to roadforce test the wheels, I agreed under the impression that it was going to fix it. Then I get a phone call from Jason stating my two of my high end wheels will not balance out and "wheels are junk when they made them, then states two of my tires are bad, ok fine asked him to double check if they were, he told me "ITS PRETTY CUT AND DRY THEY'RE BAD". then states that the hub centering rings are missing, now I gave them everything and check one box that had the hardware in it, the rest of the boxes were sealed, they were there and didn't get installed, then tells me my lug nuts I have were wrong when I confirmed Saturday if they would work and they said yes, So I call back as I'm at work, no answer sitting on hold for over 10mins, then get an attitude from Jason when I ask him questions about the tires, gave me this speech on manufacturing production and how he sees tires fail ALL the time, ok what tires do you have to order for the wheels, then quotes me $1600.00 for new tires. I had enough and told them to wrap it up and ill come get it seeing it felt like I was a Burden in there shop, I was all for ordering and spending money with them but the way I was talked to shop manger to shop manger, nah ill take it somewhere else. So I come to get my vehicle and it looked like someone put a book of stamps on my new wheels, if it takes 3x5" square of wheels weights obviously lets not keep going. So I go in to pay, they tried to charge me $175.00 dollars when they told me its was only $130.00 for the test, so I paid the 130.00 and nothing else. now ive spent 300.00 dollars no reimbursement and was told if I took it somewhere else they wouldn't reimburse me for anything after I question if they can perform the work. So I'm out $300.00 bucks cant even drive the vehicle because it shakes worse now then it did the first time. and now ill have to flatbed it to another shop that will find a solution and treat their customers with respect and not talk to them like they're stupid. in closing I had faith and the confidence in the establishment to perform the work as I've bought and sold cars here. I absolutely don't trust this establishment anymore with anything or my friends vehicles, after I feel like I've been ripped off. however, I did put a two star because and not a one because at first they got me in the same day. Good experience for a minor repair I had to have my back bumper replaced and they handled everything with the insurance company and gave me a car to use while mine was getting fixed.
