Great sales experience Recently I visited a number of dealerships in the process of buying 2 new vehicles. I first tried a different Subaru dealer and had an absolutely awful experience, so despite the extra distance from Waukesha county I tried Schlossmann Subaru City. The difference was night and day. I started with a phone internet salesperson. While he was new, if he didn't know the answer to a question, he went and got the answer. Quite frankly, I appreciated the honesty - everyone has to start somewhere in a career. When I visited the dealer, the GM greeted me at the front desk to say hello and offered me a beverage. Off to a good start. I was assigned to Eric Meeker. He was professional and knowledgeable from the first sit down through to picking up the car and going through all the things we needed to know. The sales process was open and transparent, I didn't have to ask for the number details (like I did at other dealers recently) they were just provided and proactively explained. I would absolutely recommend Subaru City - they provided what I wanted and expected from a new car dealer. We also love the new Subaru Outback. More
