I first tried a different Subaru dealer and had an absolutely awful experience, so despite the extra distance from Waukesha county I tried Schlossmann Subaru City. The difference was night and day. I started with a phone internet salesperson. While he was new, if he didn't know the answer to a question, he went and got the answer. Quite frankly, I appreciated the honesty - everyone has to start somewhere in a career. When I visited the dealer, the GM greeted me at the front desk to say hello and offered me a beverage. Off to a good start. I was assigned to Eric Meeker. He was professional and knowledgeable from the first sit down through to picking up the car and going through all the things we needed to know. The sales process was open and transparent, I didn't have to ask for the number details (like I did at other dealers recently) they were just provided and proactively explained. I would absolutely recommend Subaru City - they provided what I wanted and expected from a new car dealer. We also love the new Subaru Outback. More

We were just looking to get information about a Subaru vehicle and left at 5:00 pm having bought a new Forester. The outstanding service we received along with the great features of the Subaru met all our needs. It just didn't make sense to look any where else. Ed Wrathall our sales rep. made this the most enjoyable car buying experience we've ever had. He was patient with all of our questions and listened fully to what we wanted in a car along with our concerns about safety being parents who carpool multiple kids. Ed's recommendations put us in exactly the right car for us. We have already sent other potential buyers to Subaru City and Ed. We know we'll be back. More

Labor 1headlight &22.78 and 2 tiny lights $7.76 for license plate total of $ 30.54. Plus the labor for installing the 3 was $110.+ Tax, of course.
