Excellent new car experience First things first, my wife and I visited Schlossman Subaru City because they offer a lifetime powertrain warranty on all new cars. Upon arrival, we were met by friendly and knowledgable sales associate Eric Meeker. We were pleasantly surprised by the no-pressure sales atmosphere. While researching cars, Eric allowed us to view and test drive cars and not once were we asked, "What can I do to get you in a car today?" Very refreshing. When we did decide to purchase, we received an excellent OTD price. We were in and out in less than two hours. Schlossman Subaru City have done their homework on what today's customers are seeking. Allowing people to research vehicles without pressure, quick in-and-out, and the lifetime warranty. We will be purchasing our next Subaru from Subaru City. More

Waiting time my car had a recall and the email from Subaru said it would take 10 minutes to look at it. I immediately scheduled an apointment for 6 pm once I got t my car had a recall and the email from Subaru said it would take 10 minutes to look at it. I immediately scheduled an apointment for 6 pm once I got the email. Typically when you schedule an apointment, you have that time taken. My car didn't get looked at for 30 minutes. It didn't even leave the garage that I originally parked in. All in all, it took me an hour and 15 minutes to get a part checked that I now have to schedule another apointment to fix. Overall, just poor communication on your end....please schedule apointments where my car can get looked at right away. I don't mind waiting as the environment is very comfortable (soda, etc). Please just be honest about the wait times. A valuable lesson is under promise and over deliver. Everything I go to Subaru city you guys always over promise and under deliver. It leaves a bad taste in the customers mouth. More

Great Service Experience I curbed one of my wheels and took a pretty large chunk of rubber out of the sidewall of my tire. With them being only a few weeks old, I was hoping I I curbed one of my wheels and took a pretty large chunk of rubber out of the sidewall of my tire. With them being only a few weeks old, I was hoping I wouldn't need to replace the set, just the single damaged tire. The service department inspected my other three tires and confirmed that I wouldn't need to replace any others. So I got a tire replaced and an oil change done in just a few hours without a prior appointment. As usual the Service department here was very accommodating and helpful! I have nothing negative to say about the employees, they've never been anything other than wonderful. The pricing on the other hand could be more competitive with the market... More

Fiz was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. There were a couple very minor dents in our new Crosstrek that happened during shipping and he coordinated a 3rd party repair company to come out at our convenience to my office and they fixed while I was working. We also wanted to order a few extras for our new vehicle and he coordinated that as well - even going so far as to install one of them for us while we were waiting. The service manager Sam was also very helpful and although she did present some extras to us, did not push anything we were not interested in. We feel very satisfied with our purchase as well as the dealership. More
