Great Customer Service I've never had any bad service from Subaru City. This time I had an oil change, and picked up some touch up paint, and a cap missing off my windshield I've never had any bad service from Subaru City. Great place for Great deals Everyone we came in contact with at Subaru City were very helpful in answering our questions or directing us to where the answers were. The 3 people we dealt with for the sale were especially helpful in making us feel comfortable and that our needs were met. When the day came and went for the sale we were wondering if the deal went south. After sending an email it turned out the car wasn't delivered when expected. This then put us in an inconvenient spot. However both Jim and Adams did their best to accommodate so the deal would happen. I can't say enough about these two guys in how well they treated us from start to finish. When it came time for the part of the deal most dislike Robert's was fabulous. He did his job of presenting the warranties, but realized I was not one in need of it. There was no high pressure sales pitch that gives one the feeling of being scammed and that made a world of difference to us. All finance guys should be like Robert. You could say he was the icing-on-the-cake that made the whole experience something I'd go again in a heartbeat. Subaru City must be proud in knowing they have some of the finest employees working for them. So why the 4-star rating? If you've read this far the answer is there. Also, I can't give half stars.
