Every time we visited we were greeted promptly and courteously and whomever helped us made sure our needs were met. Even when we stopped in to drop off the title, everyone was friendly, asking if we'd like a beverage or needed anything, even though they knew we weren't in the market for a vehicle. One salesman, not the one who sold us our vehicle, even took the time to help us make name tags for our dogs. It was a very nice atmosphere. We were able to leave with a vehicle the same day we stopped in for our second test drive. More

We purchased 2 from Sommers and 2 from Wilde in Waukesha..Although we had great experiences at Wilde and not so great at Sommers we decided because of location to our abode we would go to Subaru City. We also had met Todd ? at the autoshow and he spent a great deal of time describing the benefits of owning a Subaru[ we never told him that we already knew the benefits] he was employed by Subaru City and suggested a follow up at the dealership. We did and met Ed and the result was a 2016 Forester Limited. Ed mentioned he had worked with the Schlossmann dealership for 28 years. The man deserves a HUGE bonus based especially on his persona. Great Subaru Dealership thus far I went to Schlossmann Subaru to look at a pearl white 2016 Legacy. I ended up walking away with a carbide gray. There were a LOT of vehicles on the lot to look at. They also offer the lifetime limited warranty, which I have never heard of at another dealership. I would defiantly look at this dealership again when buying another Subaru! More
