I knew I wanted a 2016 black STI base model with a short throw shifter. This car was difficult to find! I live in Illinois and I knew ordering was an option, but I didn’t want to wait that long. I had to go into Wisconsin to find it. When I called Schlossmann Subaru City of Milwaukee, there was no question or attempt to sway me to buy another car. I did experience at other dealerships! It was a relief to be taken seriously at Schlossmann, so it was a no-brainer that I'd continue working with them. I started working with Charles, in internet sales. At the time, these cars were difficult to find in stock or in-transit. Charles was the one who told me that his dealership had one in transit found all the details on this STI. It was exactly what I was looking for. At this point, the car’s arrival was 3 weeks away, but that was fine with me. When I decided to buy this particular car, Charles made the initial process so easy for me. We negotiated a price and I gave him my card information to put money down on the car within a few minutes. The car had my name on it almost instantly! He answered all of my questions and laid out the next steps for me. I was completely new to this whole purchasing process, so he was very patient with me and explained everything in detail. He forwarded my information on to Fiz, in new car sales, for the rest of the car buying process. Within a few minutes after I hung up with Charles, I received a call from Fiz to go over more information, what to expect in the coming weeks before my car arrived, and what information I should bring with me when the car finally arrived. I had more questions for him regarding sales taxes. Since I was coming from Illinois, I didn’t know what the procedure would be for purchasing a car in Wisconsin. He knew the answer right away, which was that taxes would be paid when I registered the car in Illinois. He also said that there would be no hidden fees when I came in to finalize all the financing and sign for the car. That was a relief to hear! He explained that there’d be two different fees included in the car price, one being a WI temp plate. Everything made sense to me and I felt very comfortable with the decision I just made to buy a car from this dealership. Over the course of the next three weeks, Fiz and I had emailed back and forth covering different topics, from the car’s updated arrival time to completing a wire transfer for the down payment. I had even more questions for him, to which he responded very quickly. When I arrived at the dealership, my car was sitting right out front, ready to go for me! The entire process at the dealership took about 3 hours. I didn’t feel like I was waiting at all because there was so much to cover before I drove off the lot. In that 3 hours, I test drove the new car, had my old car appraised, Fiz went over all the controls and gadgets within the car (it was very obvious that he knew everything about this car and was ready to explain anything in detail to me), he recommended service schedules for both easy and hard driving styles, options for upgrading different parts of the vehicle after purchase, he went over all of the paperwork that I’d be getting with the car, and we also completed financing and signed all the papers. That was definitely a quick 3 hours! For financing, I worked with Will, a business manager. He laid out all the different payment options and explained each and every insurance package that I could have included on the monthly payment. Every 20-30 minutes, he’d check in with me and give me an update on my loan options. I think he had to work with the banks a bit more to get me a good rate because I didn’t have much credit to my name? Either way, I was very happy with the interest rate and monthly payment options I was given. I also do fully understand everything I signed for, which is definitely a great feeling to have being a first car buyer! Overall, this was the best possible car buying experience I could have asked for. Every shred of information I could have ever needed or wanted was laid out for me. I felt very comfortable with the entire process. Since this is a Subaru, I’ll be owning this car for a while, but the next time I’m in the market for a new or used car, I’ll be going to this dealership first. More

Fast and accurate I went for my new car's 15,000 mile check up. They originally told me that it would take about an hour and 15 minutes. I have the inspection sheet and noticed all the items that they checked and was surprised that they were able to complete the list in the short time frame. They are always so pleasant and helpful. Best service I ever got. I stopped by on my way running errands to schedule a 6 month check up. Jason said he could do it quickly now. I was done in less than an hour!
