Good Experience I had a very good experience with my dealings with the staff at Schlossmann. I was treated very professionally from my first contact. Each item that I spoke about seemed to be overlooked. Long story short, I asked for three things: 1. - An oil change. 2. - Repair my 2 blinker lights and license plate light. 3. - Check my brakes. A Long story short, I asked for three things: 1. - An oil change. 2. - Repair my 2 blinker lights and license plate light. 3. - Check my brakes. After they told me they would, they asked if I wanted a complimentary car wash (but it is a touch car wash). I told them, "No thank you, I only do touch less car washes" I was called a couple hours later and they told me that my vehicle was ready. When I arrived, the oil change wasn't done, they did fix my lights (and charged me $180.00 for doing it) they didn't let me know what the status of my brakes were AND they washed my car! This is the second poor experience that I had here. (The first was a salesman a couple years back). He was very friendly and felt bad about not doing the oil change but it's one of those things where if you ask for 4 things to be done and only one thing is correct, you don't get into an argument with them and cause a scene. I thanked him and will most likely not use this location again. More

Friendly and Fast! I made an appointment to get my first oil change for my new Forester. Sean was very friendly and efficient 'checking me in' and even offered a compli I made an appointment to get my first oil change for my new Forester. Sean was very friendly and efficient 'checking me in' and even offered a complimentary car wash. I waited in a very clean waiting room with a TV, magazines, beverages and snacks for my choosing. It took just the right amount of time and when my truck was done Sean went over everything with me thoroughly. It really wasn't much since the truck is brand new and it was the first oil change but I was very happy with the service I received. They definitely are upholding the high regards I hold the dealership to after buying the vehicle there. I'm looking forward to working with the great team they have and am confident that if there is anything I need for my truck in the future it will be easy and efficient to get taken care of. Thanks!!
