Typical experience buying a car. The purchase of our car was exactly what we expected. When we finally met with our finance lady she was rude. She put us down for not taking the extended warranty on the car. Because we were buying the car out of state there were a few different things we needed to be aware of. I asked her if the "bill or sale" would be at my house in the time needed to pay tax, title and license fees for the state of IL. I told her my understanding was that I had 30 days. She rudely told me that IL state law was 20 days. I was only trying to find out if the paperwork would indeed be there in time. I cannot give my overall experience a high rating because of her. Our salesman Fiz was great. He helped us and answered all our questions. Told us that we could test drive until we were satisfied. Very pleasant. More

We chose the Subaru dealership because there was a used (barely,only 11000 miles!) Focus I wanted to check out. Our salesman Shawn was amazing and very patient with our not so ideal credit situation.
