I am not sure they rotated my tires on one side of my car. I brought my new car in for it's 1st service @ 6,000 miles. I have used this dealer before with my old Subaru. My concern though was that I did not see any evidence that the right side of my car had the tires rotated. I could tell the lug nuts were touched and the dark oil or residue that builds up on the alloy rims were now moved on the driver side of my car but the passenger side looked EXACTLY the same. I even called my salesman Jim Lemke to ask and he said I should bring it in if I think its wrong but that there would be no way of telling if it was done or not. So why would I bring it I??? I will only look like the crazy complaining customer. I have never been happy with the service I received over the years at this dealership. Once when they replaced my automatic window on my drivers side, they left screws in the door and they rolled around and made noise, they had oil and grease stains all over my upholstery, I had to call the manager to get it cleaned and the screws removed from in the door casing. And waste my time because they can't get the job done right the 1st time. I simply do not trust them! I'm positive they did not rotate one side and now they have screwed up my tire wear. But now they have the gimmick if you don't take your car to them your fake extended warranty is invalid. I am really unhappy but it's the only game in town unless I want to drive 50 miles. When I bought this car it had a scratch on the door and I was told, its a new car, we will make it like new but instead on pick up night of my new purchase, the scratch was still there and I had to be inconvenienced to come back. SLOPPY, horrible dealership to say the least. I can't even fathom they have such high ratings. It's a joke. More

Dealt with another Subaru dealership (not in Milwaukee!) prior to buying my new Crosstrek here and they were horrible...all the slimy-used-car-salesman-rip-off-tactics. Night and day difference. I absolutely love my car buying experience with Schlossmann and would definitely buy from them again in the future.....it's the way car buying should be! More

Good as usual I took it in for a recall and of course this was completed for free, my only complaint here was that it was a recall on the airbag and it took almost I took it in for a recall and of course this was completed for free, my only complaint here was that it was a recall on the airbag and it took almost a month for the part to come in. A little nerve racking that I had a bunk airbag that whole time. I talked to my aunt who works for a dealership up north and she says there's nothing they could have done about this because the supply is controlled to avoid dealerships hoarding the parts and making a profit off them illegally. I digress. The day I brought in the car, I worked with Eric and as usual he was awesome. I told him about what else I wanted looked at besides the recall and he made informed and useful recommendations. For example, my air conditioning has been pretty weak, but he discouraged me from doing the testing because it would be difficult to figure out what was wrong in a season when I wasn't using the AC. That day, I waited almost an hour for a shuttle ride back to my house, which was a little annoying but mostly because I wasn't feeling well. When Eric realized I was still waiting, he went and found someone else to drive be home. My only other minor complaint is that I was told that they would wash my car, and that obviously didn't happen. But it's not like I paid for it. Either way, they were trying to accommodate my need for a shuttle ride so they may have skipped that in order to get it done earlier, can't complain. Love this place, will be bringing my Subaru back for future service! More

We shopped around 5 Subaru dealerships by phone first and didn't test drive the car we wanted before first reaching an agreement on a very good price. There was neither pressure nor deception during any part of the process, unlike what would happen at many other dealerships. More
Questionable My wife came in with a slow leak in a tire. Serviceman removed a nail and said the tire could not be fixed. He insisted that she had to replace all four tires even though there was only 26,000 miles on the tires. A slow leak cost us $700. Very bad!!! More
