Our New Car! Recently, my wife and I had to deal with the daunting task of buying our first car. The professionals we worked with at Schlossmann Subaru made the process not only manageable, but enjoyable as well! Our sales representative, Sarah Moreno, was a pleasure to work with. She was honest, patient, and extremely easy to work with during a difficult process. At no point did we feel misled or like we were trying to be sold the extras we didn't want. She listened to our needs, and delivered with the perfect car! We also had the pleasure of working with Adam Swernoff while we negotiated a fair purchase price in both parties' minds. Once again, we never felt pressured by Adam and left the dealership satisfied and taken care of while we drove off the lot in our brand new Subaru! They were friendly and informative. It was clear they didn't just want to sell me a car, they would like a relationship built on trust and courtesy. That counts a lot with me. I was able to negotiate a fair price, got exactly the car I wanted, and felt very good about the entire experience. I would recommend them to anyone.
