Our New Car! Recently, my wife and I had to deal with the daunting task of buying our first car. We have never taken on this experience on our own, so needless to Recently, my wife and I had to deal with the daunting task of buying our first car. We have never taken on this experience on our own, so needless to say, we were a little overwhelmed. The professionals we worked with at Schlossmann Subaru made the process not only manageable, but enjoyable as well! Our sales representative, Sarah Moreno, was a pleasure to work with. She was honest, patient, and extremely easy to work with during a difficult process. At no point did we feel misled or like we were trying to be sold the extras we didn't want. She listened to our needs, and delivered with the perfect car! We also had the pleasure of working with Adam Swernoff while we negotiated a fair purchase price in both parties' minds. Once again, we never felt pressured by Adam and left the dealership satisfied and taken care of while we drove off the lot in our brand new Subaru! I recommend Schlossmann Subaru to anyone in the market for a new car. Just make sure you enjoy working with down to earth people who are trying to help you feel comfortable and not cheated! Once I did, I was sold! My salesperson was professional and attentive. He answered all my questions, gave me a full tour of the facility and never pressured me during my visit. I would recommend Schlossmann's to anyone looking for a positive new car buying experience. More

Great Experience I was on the fence about buying a Subaru Legacy to replace my Camry. Disappointed I received a recall letter for my vehicle, so I scheduled my appt a week out. When I arrived they said that they were going to inspect the issue not a I received a recall letter for my vehicle, so I scheduled my appt a week out. When I arrived they said that they were going to inspect the issue not actually fix it. When the unit was deemed bad I was they would have to order the part, and it would take a couple of days to get the part. At which point they will call me to schedule another appt. After 10 days I called them. When I got a return call to my voicemail, I was told that there are six on back order and I would get a call when it was my turn to come in. It has now been 18 days of driving my vehicle after my initial call to schedule my first check up. A courtesy call would have been great to let me know that there really is no eta for the parts. Or maybe tell me that the part is not actually there when I originally came in. I originally thought that I was coming in for the repair not an inspection of the recalled unit. More

They were friendly and informative. It was clear they didn't just want to sell me a car, they would like a relationship built on trust and courtesy. That counts a lot with me. I've dealt with other dealerships where you could feel they just wanted to get the car sold and take your money. That was not the case at all here. I was able to negotiate a fair price, got exactly the car I wanted, and felt very good about the entire experience. I would recommend them to anyone. It's clear customer service and satisfaction are very high priorities for them. More
