Bruce Larsen, the sales manager, took time to personally discuss the purchase with us, and to follow through even as we were taking delivery of our Outback and completing paperwork. Will Matos did a nice job of moving us through the paperwork, and prepared much of it ahead of time so we didn't have to sit around and repeat information that we already provided elsewhere as part of the decision and purchase process. It was a busy evening at the dealership when we took delivery, and they never dropped the ball or made us wait. Mike Schlossmann, the owner, made time to talk with us as well. Mike made sure we had it in a couple of days and came to our house personally to install it. That was very good service...not having to go across town for the installation of the net.
