Synthetic Oil Change Had an appointment booked for a simple oil change and had to wait an hour and a half to complete. Service advisors very friendly. Prices high in comparison to what I paid at Honda City for my Accord services. Bought the car as a CPO with a little over 5,000 mi but rep was very aggressive about a 12,00 mi service. Looking at the service menu, the recommended maintenance schedule prices seem very high since if you look at the menu, 75% of what is listed is simply "inspect" items. I can go to Joe's corner garage and have him check these items at considerably less cost. Previous, had purchased three Honda models from Schlossmann's and cost was more reasonable there. Any service special coupons would surely help. More

Great service Recent visit was for oil change. I knew I had breaks that needed changing. I planned on my dad to help me with that. However, Mandi in the service de Recent visit was for oil change. However, Mandi in the service dept made me aware that the issue with my breaks was one that was actually covered by my warranty.. A caliper issue. I've had a very bad car experience in the past so the honesty that my brakes were a warranty issue was much appreciated. More

She told me about the team meeting everyone had just had, and seemed very proud of Mandi was so friendly and good at explaining the services I needed. Being able to schedule the services online is very convenient, and overall this was a pain-free experience. More
