I am once again so sorry about the delayed time it took for you to pick up your new Subaru. Being a smaller family owned Subaru dealership we focus on customer service and tried our best to get your car in your posession ASAP. As everyone knows, Subaru had a rare master cylinder recall across the entire country at the end of 2011. Subaru focused on our customers safety and would not allow anyone take home their car unless fixed. Every dealer in the country had a waiting list for this part and I was happy to move your car ahead of others. I know it wasn't as fast as you liked but we did our best by fixing your recall ahead of others who were also waiting. I just received your updated comments and ran right to our business office to check on this license plate issue. He informed me that all he asked was that you stop by to sign one piece of paperwork that Landmark Credit Union requested. If it is more convienent we can bring it to you to have signed. Your plates were issued correct and thier is no issue with them at all. Please call us any time if you have any questions at all so we can quickly resolve them.

I am not sure if the previous response emails I sent you are going through, so I wanted to reply publicly. I am sorry to hear about your experience and want to make sure things like this never happened. To answer your first comments, I found out 1 1/2 years ago we did your radiator flush and would have loved to know about the suituation so I could resolve it right away. All I can say with this issue is that I hope back then we did take care of it. With your last visit, I checked and the credit was put back on your credit card once we verified you had a Suabru Maintenance Plan. The night cashier after service closes can only bill out what is on the bill. We will now have our service advisors call and go over the bill when the cusotmer will be picking their car up after hours. I asked the service advisor and I was told that when you used the night drop box and filled out the paperwork Thursday night, they missed the note about the pre-paid oil changes and only seen the note you had that they should call if your bill was over $400. I am sorry for the mix-up with the coolant flush in the past and the clerical error with our cashier when you picked up the Suabru after hours. I can assure you things like this rarely happen here at Suabru City and I can promise we will prevent such in the future. Please let me know if you have any questions at all or what I may also do to make you a happy customer. We We have been a proud and successful family owned business for 44 years and know that customer service is number one. If you ever have an issue with parts, sales, body shop, or service our only fear is that you don't let us know. If we don't know, we can't fix it... and we promise we will always fix it.
