Excellent Dealership to work with I could not thank My salesman ED WRATHALL enough!!!!! I LOVE MY SUBARU !!!!!! My kids thought he was the GREATEST!!!!! lmost two years ago, we purchased a used 2006 Toyota Sienna. We had a very accomodating salesman. He even told us to take the van to go look at another van at a different dealership. The price was fair, the employees were prompt in delivering our van to us and I bought the extended warranty. We recently took the van in due to a leak. They not only offered the warranty, but actually honored it. They( Jason O'donell) even set up the rental van for us.unately everything is covered under the warranty, and for once, I wasn't hustled by a company trying to make a bigger buck. Thank you Subaru City for your campassion in what you do. More

We had a great experience working with Mike Pryor. He answered all of our questions, and helped get us into our new car as quickly as he could. Our car was back ordered, so we waited seven weeks to get i answered all of our questions, and helped get us into our new car as quickly as he could. Our car was back ordered, so we waited seven weeks to get it in, but Mike called us as soon as it was in for us to pick up. We also were in for service on our second vehicle, and they were great. Ron in the service department was extremely helpful. They even sent a shuttle for me when the car was repaired. We hope to buy our next car from Subaru City. More

I opted to use the online buying feature that Subaru City offered and was very promptly given information for the vehicles I was interested in. MIke even took the time to send a personalized video to me of t offered and was very promptly given information for the vehicles I was interested in. MIke even took the time to send a personalized video to me of the exact car I was interested in. That level of personal attention made this dealership standout. My husband and I stopped in the dealership and Mike was extremely friendly and welcoming. His knowledge of all the vehicles was extensive. There was not a question we had that Mike could not answer. We test drove four vehicles and barely had to wait at all. Mike asked what our first choice in car was and at what payment and he made it happen with several different options in our comfort zone. My husband and I never felt any pressure and once we decided to purchase, the process went quickly and smoothly. It was late in the afternoon and we were starving so Mike offered us pizza to get us through! Our purchase started toward the end of the dealership hours but we did not feel hurried or bothersome in any way. Doug in finance was also very friendly and helpful! We would definitely recommend this dealership to others and will think of them first for our next car purchase. More

Mike Pryor collected 3 cars for me to view in one evening. It was close to 8pm when I came to the dealership, so I was happy to eliminate one car and concentrate on the Outback and Forester. Ed was beyound helpfull with all of my needs and met and surpassed all my expectations. He was very friendly and helpfull.
