I only talked to Imran about the car. Another saleman took me for a test drive, but I don't remember his name. That part is not the problem. The sales aspect was great! What I'm more concerned about is that a week after I drove the car off of the lot, things kept happening. I am good to my vehicles. So when I hear something or feel something I take it seriously. And in the 3 times I've had to do so, something was wrong. I have called your dealership in November about the stud that snapped. I had to pay $140 to replace it & it was due to mechanical error. I was hoping to be reembursed for the stud. I was told that I'd get a call back & I never did. These are simple issues that could have been prevented, had the inspection been taken seriously & done efficiently. I am not a mean person, I don't like that I've had to give a bad review. But this is the second biggest investment I will make in my life, next to owning a home & I am very concerned. Thank you for following up with me on this matter.

With the way of the internet these reviews are very important and taken very seriously. As you mentioned I believe that your not a mean person and don't want to give a bad review. I understand that someone was supposed to call and resolve your issue which was not done. I again apoligize for that and want to help you. Your review can be changed and I want to make sure I take care of things the best I can to earn that good review. I appreciate it greatly that you are willing to help me. I've had a series of unfortunate events starting with a very bad car accident in October, losing my job & ending a 6 year relationship with my fiance & moving back home to Ohio by November. The last thing I need is issues with this car. If you could also send me a detailed description on what was done in the inspection before the car was moved to sales, it would help. I would like to know what's new & what's not so I can manage a good maintanence with it & check the wear & tear of the things that didn't need replacing in the next months/years to come. I hope to have this vehicle for a very long time. As you requested which I am sending out the service print-out of what was done in our service dept. along with the $140 check I promised to cover your expense of replacing the lug nut that was stuck. As you will see on this paperwork, we did perform the state mandated safety inspection, oil and filter change, put on new front disc brakes, put on two new tires, replaced a bulb and the wiring that was connected to it, as well as inspected and topped off all fluids. I am again sorry for the inconvenience. As I said in a previous email, I wish I would have known about this issue right away so I could have personally taken care of it.
