Body Shop Work I recently stopped by the body shop for an estimate after being the victim of a hit and run on my new Impreza. You can imagine the way this made me up I recently stopped by the body shop for an estimate after being the victim of a hit and run on my new Impreza. You can imagine the way this made me upset. Saseena helped me right away. I had an estimate within minutes of arriving at the body shop. She was so helpful and enthusiastic- I forgot how irritated I was about my car being hit!! Her upbeat personality was just inspiring :) I was able to leave my car there that day and was given a loaner vehicle which made my life so much easier. This all happened within 20 minutes! When I picked my car up 2 days later the process was as simple as could be with her. My car was clean and looked fantastic! Even the inside was cleaned and my floor mats were washed!! I loved this experience with Saseena and the body shop!! Thank you!! More

Test drove Tuesday, drove off Saturday, no pressure anytime! When I arrived on Tuesday, just looking for a car that I found online, I was kindly greeted by Eric T., who was just interested in what I was interest When I arrived on Tuesday, just looking for a car that I found online, I was kindly greeted by Eric T., who was just interested in what I was interested in, seeing what was around and maybe a test drive. There was no pressure, there was no stress, just him trying to help me with what I wanted. After the test drive, we went back to the office and looked at options for financing, what I wanted to do with our current car, and what we can do to continue. Never once did he try to keep me there longer than I wanted, and never once did he bring someone else in to pressure me into buying today. Came back with the wife Saturday and Eric wasn't open, which is fine, it was super busy, so he gave me to Tony P., and I got the same great service as before with absolutely no pressure. It wasn't until we decided we wanted to move forward that they even brought someone else in to help us move on to the next steps, and even then, there was no pressure from anyone. More
