Extended time to complete work I'm normally completely happy with Subaru City. I intend to go back. However, my last appointment took approximately 6 hours to complete. I was originally told my service would take approximately 2 hours so I brought a book with me. Approximately an hour into the service time a technician told me that I should repair my rear brakes. I agreed and was told it would just take a little longer, so again, I said I'd wait for my car rather than take their shuttle which would have been approximately an hour drive. I'd arrived at 10:15 AM but didn't leave the dealership until closer to 4:30 pm. Had I been told that 'a little longer' meant several hours, I would've taken them up on the shuttle. The dealership did make an offer to make it up to me financially. As I said, I like Subaru City and will go back. It's just that my last visit was a bit annoying. More

We had a lot of questions and everyone at Schlossman was more than willing to answer them for us. We weren't able to finance through our personal bank but Schlossmann found a bank that would work with us on great terms. Overall we are very happy with our purchase. Buyer remorse I bought a 2014 chevy impala 3 months ago and have had to take it to get service 3x’s already the last thing i had to get replaced was a rear wheel be I bought a 2014 chevy impala 3 months ago and have had to take it to get service 3x’s already the last thing i had to get replaced was a rear wheel bearing cost almost $600 which of course went bad the same week i paid insurance and the car note so it cost me almost $1000 when you buy a newer car its to have something reliable that you dont have to fix all the time and this car is costing me more then i feel its worth i just really needed some reliable transportation and did not get it here the employees were very nice though and i had no issues dealing with them More
