I was referred to them by a friend, but when I arrived the person I was referred to (David) wasn't in. I ended up being shown around by Edward Wrathall. My husband and I are so impressed with the kindness and care we were shown from step A to Z. We bought a Certified Pre-owned Subaru (2016) and it had everything we wanted at a price we could afford. What I love about this is that Edward, ended up making the sale, included the person we were referred to and shared the commission. There is not a high stakes high pressure feel with Schlossmann's Subaru City. They function with integrity and are different from other companies we visited. The folks there really care about their customers. I could not be happier with our car or the care we received. If you are interested in getting a Subaru, trust me, this is the place! We have only driven our Subaru for 2 days now--- but it is safe to say, I LOVE IT!!! More

Purchase made easy, from afar From California, we were able to specify the car we wanted, reach out to Schlossmann, and schedule a 2 hour meeting for their team to go over everythi From California, we were able to specify the car we wanted, reach out to Schlossmann, and schedule a 2 hour meeting for their team to go over everything we needed to buy a car. From there, they were able to find a car, get the paperwork drawn up, and send us paperwork in time for us to still review and edit before having to execute the sale. Then, they delivered the vehicle to our new apartment and handed the keys to our property manager (who put them in our unit) prior to our relocation from California to Wisconsin. This meant that when we arrived, we had a car we could use immediately, which was good, since we arrived in a blizzard. Good group of people and never tried to push for the hard sell. Thanks team!
